Please note that colors can vary. We cannot guarantee an exact match in color and finish due to photography techniques, lighting conditions, and varying screen calibrations. Do not make your purchase decision solely based on the colors you see on the screen. We recommend you only purchase colors you are familiar with or have thoroughly researched.

Some products are "PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY". Professional-grade products require certain training, knowledge, and skill to be used properly. We cannot be held liable for improper use or bodily reactions. We recommend taking these products to your favorite salon to have them professionally applied. This is a great option to ensure you have a sanitary and a cost saving visit.
Damaged Products Policy
If you have received broken/damaged products, please follow the instructions below within 2 days of shipment arrival*.
1. Take photos of all the damaged items in the original state you have received it in.
2. Email the photos to us at returns@aurumnailsupply.com
3. Please subject the email "Broken/damaged products". Include your order number, the damaged items' color codes, and the quantity of broken items.
*We will base shipment arrival on the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
Upon inspection by our team of the returned item(s), if they are found to be defective, not the item(s) you ordered, or damaged during shipment, you will receive a store credit or an exchange for a replacement item(s).
We will pay for any associated shipping charges of damaged products.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Aurum Nail Supply purchase for any reason, we will happily accept a return within 7 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling. Products must meet return criteria.
Return Criteria
- Products must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must be postmarked (shipped out) within 7 days of receiving them.
- All items must be in the original packaging.
- All Clearance products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Upon inspection, the item has to be in a resalable condition. Your return may be rejected if there are signs of use upon receiving them.
- For electronics such as LED/UV Lamps please view our electronics policy below.

Electronics Policy
All electronics such as LED/UV Lamps are FINAL SALE.

Return Procedure
- Visit Aurum Nail Supply Returns and look up your products with your email address and one-time code.
- Select which products you'd like to return then follow the instructions to submit a return request. Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be approved.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with an RMA number and instructions to return your package to us.
- Ship your items to the address provided within 7 days.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please expect 7-14 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than-normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
Aurum Nail Supply monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Aurum Nail Supply in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Aurum Nail Supply’s discretion.
Please Note: 7-day return does not include a free shipping label.
Restocking Fee Policy
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be applied to the total amount of products returned. For example, if your order was $200 but the products you would like to return are only equal to $50 then the 10% restocking fee will be applied to the $50 of returned goods and not to the overall amount of the order.
Exchanges
With limited exceptions, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases made on AurumNails.com. If you would like to return a new and unused item within 7 days of receipt, please visit Aurum Nail Supply Returns and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt of the package.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
- Returns & Exchanges that don't meet our Return Criteria, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, store credit, restocking fees, or denial.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
- All items returned are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
